Our goal is to help you regain an active lifestyle with a safe return to sporting activities as quickly and safely as possible using state-of-the-art care and proven techniques. COMG physicians also offer patients on-site prescription and non-prescription medical equipment such as wrist splints, knee braces, walker boots and exercise kits.
Our Sports Medicine doctors are also active in the community serving as team physicians for local high schools and colleges including, Saddleback College, Capistrano Valley High School, Tesoro High School, Aliso Niguel High School, and Saddleback Valley Christian Schools.
Our team understands that surgical treatment is usually a last resort and most injuries can be managed without surgery. We will educate you regarding your options for an appropriate course of care for your injury allowing you to make a choice right for you. If surgical management is necessary, our sports medicine trained orthopedic surgeons use the least invasive arthroscopic techniques. Arthroscopic surgery utilizes cameras and small incisions to perform procedures in the least traumatic and minimally invasive manner allowing for reduced pain and quicker recoveries.
