Steve Do earned his Masters degree in Medical Sciences at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California. He has always been passionate about orthopedics and did an additional rotation for this in graduate school. He also completed his Bachelors degree in Human Biology from UCSD in 2012 and has worked as a medical assistant and scribe afterwards before going to graduate school.
Steve has always been a Southern California local and enjoys going to the gym, surfing, traveling, playing music, spending quality time with family and friends, and doing all things nerdy. He also enjoys giving back to community, helping Global Medical Brigades in Honduras as a college student in 2011 and Doctors of the Americas in El Salvador as a PA in 2018. During graduate school he helped found the Pre-PA Mentorship Program and was also a peer advisor. He occasionally returns to his PA school to help teach some clinical skills to current students.
